Back to regular programming 😜 I partnered with @earths_nectar to try their Botanical Hair and Skin Tea and WOW I am so pleased with the outcome. The first thing I noticed is how pretty it looks inside the bag 😍 and the relaxing scent that it has! It made my shower so much more enjoyable.

Directions:

Infuse 2 tbsp. of dried herbs with 8 oz of filtered water.
.
Place tea leaves in hot water for 1-2 minutes.
.
Allow to cool until infusion is slightly warm, but not cool.
.
Strain any leaves from the tea before applying to hair.
.
.
In addition, I added a larger amount of herbs to my bath and soaked in it for a skin treatment. Honestly I felt very relaxed and loved the outcome in my hair and skin.
