Terms and Conditions.

  • You must hear from our groomer directly to confirm your appointment. There is a tentative hold for your reservation that must first be confirmed by the groomer.

  • Prices depend on factors such as size, condition of coat (matted) and temperament.

  • Dogs must be fully vaccinated with DHPP & Bordertella. Proof of Rabies vaccination in the form of paperwork is required.

  • Coat length, coat condition, cut complexity are considered when pricing is assessed.

  • Extra brushing or matting policy is handled on a case by case basis. 15 minutes of brushing is included with services, after which brushing charges are at 100 per hour at the discretion of the groomer to what is reasonable and what is not.

  • Typical appointments last between 2-4 hours depending on temperament, complexity of cut, and condition of coat.

  • A $20 deposit is required at checkout. Your deposit will go towards your total balance and is non-refundable should you cancel your appointment.

  • Sample Size Social is not liable for any damaged or expired products a customer receives. We encourage products received are checked for any allergies your dog may have.
